Carefully review your e-mail before sending and keep a copy of it for your records.

Confirmation e-mails that have been date stamped will be sent once we have reviewed your submission and are confident that it meets our eligibility criteria; if your submission does not meet our criteria we will notify you as to why and will provide you with the opportunity to re-submit.
